Web Authoring

There's no need to spend a lot of money on a web authoring system. Nvu is a complete Web Authoring System for Linux Desktop users as well as Microsoft Windows and Macintosh users to rival programs like FrontPage and Dreamweaver.

Nvu (pronounced N-view, for a "new view") makes managing a web site a snap. Now anyone can create web pages and manage a website with no technical expertise or knowledge of HTML.

Go to http://nvu.com and download it free!

MOUSEOVER MADNESS
http://www.symbolart.com/educ/javascript/mouseover.html
Creating mouseovers (aka rollovers) is really a JavaScript function, but they can be really cool on a basic web page. It's not too difficult, so I'm including it here. When you go to this page click on the buff colored section of the page and then go to your menu bar to select View> Source (Page Source). Ron Knoblock has created this as an instructional aid. All the instructions for building the mouseovers are hidden in that Source info. Clever teaching tool.
